Gospel music is beautiful. For Christians it is also full of deep meaning. SO yeah it will be kind of odd to a Christian that you are there. Kind of like stating you went to see a crappy movie because of the overall ambiance of the theatre or that you really love popcorn. 

HOWEVER a real Christian won’t mistreat you because of this. At least you are honest and in touch with your own belief system to know WHAT you believe *or don’t believe* It would be more insulting if you attended because you love the music but FAKED Christianity to make things more comfortable for yourself. 

I mean as long as you aren’t going to go on a big diatribe on how Christianity is …wrong…or stupid and how Christianity is old fashioned *sort of like telling someone their drapes look horrible with their carpeting or what not in their own house* then you need not worry. Not everyone who steps foot into church is a Christian. Have fun. Be yourself. Don’t worry.
